Shipping, Defect & Return Policy




  • Free Singpost standard normal postage for all orders.
  • Enjoy complimentary standard courier delivery (to a single mailing address) on your order with every purchase of orders above $100.
  • Orders received on the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Upon order confirmation, all orders will be sent out within 2 business days. Delivery time is dependent on selected delivery method and not within our control.
  • Please note local delivery applies to all addresses except no-go zones such as army camps, off-shore islands, restricted address etc.

Defect & Return

What should I do when I receive a defective product?
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! We're exceptionally sorry for sending you a defective item.

  • Please email us at within 14 calendar days of receiving your order with,
    1. Your order number
    2. The name/ product code of the defected item
    3. Photograph of the defect
  • We will be in touch on the next steps to take.
  • You will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective as well as the postage you've incurred to return the defective item, and a replacement piece will be mailed to you.


What should I do when I receive a wrong product?
Oops! We're so sorry for mixing up your order and send you a wrong item.
